Exhibit charges and booth specifications

Single booth: 2.7m (width) x 1.8m (depth) x 2.4m (height)
Cost: 283,500 yen (including consumption tax)

Basic booths and booth decorations

Layout of exhibit booths

Booths may be arranged either parallel to each other or in block formation. A block arrangement requires a minimum of four booths. Arrangement and layout of exhibit displays are also subject to other regulations established by the organizers.

Decisions on exhibit booth allocation

Decisions on the allocation of booths will be at the discretion of the organizers who will take into account factors such as the order of receipt of application, number of booths available, and whether or not the proposed exhibit includes a live demonstration or presentation

Cancellation of exhibits

Exhibit booths cannot be cancelled after submission of an application in principle. However, in unavoidable cases cancellations will be accepted but charges will apply.

Cancellation charges:

Until and including July 27 (Friday): 70% of the application fee
On or after July 28 (Saturday): full application fee
