  • Cost
    • Presentation on one topic (45 minutes): 157,500 yen
  • Application deadline
    • Friday, July 27, 2012
  • Equipment provided
    • Projector, screen, laser pointer, reception desk, chairs, PC with internet connection
      (Please contact the Secretariat for other requirements.)
  • Cancellation charges
    • Until and including July 27 (Friday): 70% of the application fee
    • On or after July 28 (Saturday): full application fee
    • * Participation is limited to companies exhibiting at the fair.
    • * Day and time of presentation will be decided by the organizers.
    • * Applications will be accepted in the order of their receipt until all available time slots are filled.
